Us both the hotel, as well as the whole vacation on Thassos really enjoyed. The lots of negative reviews here i cannot agree. To us one was very pleasant, the food was good and i wonder what some of breakfast in a 3-star hotel expect. Like a lot of variation can please give? It was everything available, bread, rolls, toaster, sufficient coating (sausage, cheese, butter, jam, schokocreme, etc.). Fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, ham, tomatoes, feta cheese and so on. The hotel has 35 degrees plus pleasantly cool (without air conditioning), The breakfast was 3-star level, the level of cleanliness in the restaurant was great, good starting point for hikes. Family operation. The beach is in the middle of the bay, nice! … read more

Car rentals are enough for a island on site ( for three days for example a KIA Picanto for $32 Euros €70 ). Generally a downside is the ferry lines with Keramoti to Kavala airport, as the transfer time apparently increase for security reasons. In our case with a departure time 9.05 pm Busabholung 3.55 hours. Half board was spot on the decision as a good Greek cuisine. The dark location and the old decor of the hotel fit to the wonderful moods of the owner. Moreover, you day and night monitored., even with cameras in the corridor! … read more
