The staff were always very friendly, very quickly and with great motivation of the matter. The wedding itself to rush hours (deal of the food) a large number of waiters set in, thus every table be fast food. We were with our 2 children over the weekend in the hotel. We were satisfied all around. The staff are friendly and the rooms with two kids large enough and clean. The children with great cordiality. We have a night the overall condition of the Spessart spent. The reservation with the friendly receptionist was very pleasant Mrs Neuer holzapfel. The expertise and friendliness was in our stay likewise ideal. We had a nice, upscale room with electric. Adjustable toast, high-quality mattresses, but no safe. In the bathroom was a bidet and a bathtub as well as an electrical makeup mirror. The room was when we arrived very pleasant heated. The ambience of the hotel as well as the decoration was very high.
