Staff at the check-in visibly overstrained, but friendly and tried hard. A room was not cleaned, why also always...We only the breakfast buffet and since there is very little to moan. Service not available. Hotel staff is incredibly arrogant and not helpful. One doesn't feel as a 'guest', but as' annoyance '. With emerging problems seems the staff its poor english completely to lose. One is to itself and its gift of improvisation instructed.The cajun bar, from the you like on a terrace the hustle and bustle of the street in front of the hotel hours can be considered, is the only highlight. The hotel seems to have been recently much very new or wasn't working. So there was in the lift a button to second lower level with wellness area; but you could not get there. Instead, if you would have wanted where service by taxi transfered to another hotel. I really liked that I - after a little ask - free an excellent WLAN reception in the room.
