I have altogether felt at ease. On the days, in which the hotel was full, in particular by larger groups, it was for the food however somewhat rough. The wellness area isn't recommendable. It seemed to me everything was a bit dirty, the furnishing was to my taste simple and carelessly. The treatments ( Shirodara and Indian massage) were unprofessional. Service works as soon as you give a tip, without only coerced made. This applies for all areas in the hotel. Foreign languages skills are very low which deutschnund English subject. Complaints from the hotel manager categorically shot down.It is only 1 restaurant open. The staff were very friendly, most understood German really good and could these also speak, not understood and spoke however also any liquid English/french. The cleaning of the rooms was ok. The rooms were cleaned; however it came with us, that towels two you were forgotten, once even completely. Only after the 3. and now almost malicious complaint towels from the cleaning lady delivered. To date was however about an hour later. The hotel is situated less than 200 metres from a splendid private beach, 12 km from the centre of Hammamet, 75 km from Tunis-Carhage International Airport and 85 km from Monastir International Airport.
