The service worked well, if you can staff friendly opposite shall enter into force, one almost treated preferentially. Depending on staff you could also speak German or at least English. Complaints were accepted and also tried to implement it.The only restaurant was all right, one receives very much required, there is always something for everyone. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful they tried every guest to do everything right, English and Russian speaks almost everyone the German language is not so geleufig but we could always find someone who the rooms are almost cleaned daily in 12 days it with us only 1 mal not made. Service is fast. That means, rapidly plate plate if you are not careful. Friendly.Food was delicious, varied. Great delicious vegetables. Very fresh and much to choose from. We have in Germany never so much salad eaten. We had no problems with stomach aches etc. Everything was apparently well washed. Dining room was comfortable with quiet background music.We had a while, this is somewhat larger than the budget room.
