the service is first class and far beyond what a very good hotel usually offers. The front desk with Patricio and colleagues settled small and larger responds with a large friendliness and professionalism. We all have our excursions (Tango show, football in La bocca, gaucho trip etc. ) on the front desk booked, everything was perfect! All information transfer, Restaurantipps etc. were always and were for us very valuable. All staff speak good to very good English.
