The service was very good, very friendly service, the waiter Fabian knew for our dad's always a good wine recommendation.
Room service and front desk were also alright.
Somewhat a pity we found, that the bosses are very reticent and i once had to ask, who this hotel lead.The gastrononomie was very good, food delicious. The food told in salad, cold appetizer, soup or warm starter, main course and dessert. A bit unusual i found, that one only with the warm starter or soup choose, everything else was firm. The service is great. The staff very attentive and always friendly.
A few words about the child care. There was the staff very friendly. What our daughter was missing was an area where the children right can enjoy themselves. For example a ball pit or a kletterzimmer. There were many toys and it was always a lot of things but to play around and racing was nothing furnished. The staff was always very friendly and the service was in all areas good. There is a very extensive child care. The is very good organized.
The rooms were always perfectly cleaned.
Towels for the pool area and a bathrobe for adults and the children are available.The food has always tasted very good for us. There was a nice variety and very delicious cakes;
The breakfast buffet offers a great variety and delicious.
Also the children's menus were varied and good prepared.

The service of the hotel and the staff's hospitality are outstanding good. There was nothing to complain about. The rooms were early cleaned and it was always perfect. Child services we hardly used. All wishes (also special requests) were fulfilled as quickly as possible.There were only one word: super!
