We were friendly couple 5 nights in the hotel gramaser. We really enjoyed it, the negative reviews we couldn't understand. Service, facilities and food are absolutely according to the value for money. The breakfast buffet it cannot be topped, something for everyone, varied food of all kinds, the ' rollmops' after late night drinking night is available. Who likes can for salmon small glass sparkling wine drink and daily, muesli, sausage, ham, cheese, freshly prepared mirror or scrambled eggs, everything was there. Amazing location 5 minutes to the ski lift and the cross-country ski run is in front of the house. Good varied dinner was the cook to.
The service was ok. It was a bit disorganized, several of the waiters at the same table.
The room was too warm even after switching off the heating, after requesting light blankets there was no solution. The bathroom and toilet was without windows and only a glass wall. (gramaser rooms). Hospitality is almost a foreign word in this hotel. A warm welcome from the owner, none, even if he always present.
With the half-board I expect, that me the dinner is served. Unfortunately only the main course serves, the soup, appetizer and dessert you had to get yourself.
