Excellent location of the hotel, right below the blue Mosque. A lot easy to reach on foot. 2 stores for beverages and snacks in 50 meters from the hotel. the staff are very friendly and speaks consistently English (German didn't try it). All are helpfully, the service when checking in, for breakfast and the cleaning of the rooms was great!The Erguvan is a nice charming hotel in Istanbul old town -only 2 minutes away from the Blue Mosque. There is only few rooms on altogether 4 floors. the hotel power altogether a very well-kept impression and the furnishing is done and nice. particularly beautiful the breakfast room is with a terrace bottom roof, but also the spacious lobby and the bright staircase we loved. The Erguvan was located close enough to the major sights Sultan ahmets, on the other hand, far enough of the touristic action focuses there. If you like a small inadequacies of a Boutique Hotel rather than in the anonymity of large hotel, the is right at home here on its city vacation in Istanbul. The furnishing had style and the staff is friendly (not above average). The communication by e-mail leaves a lot to be desired. If anything, you get a very late reply. The hotel is located in the old town, and all the major monuments can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The international airport is approximately 15 km away.

This air-conditioned boutique hotel in Istanbul was renovated in 2007 and comprises a total of 22 guest rooms.
