Friendliness of the staff everything was just warm and accommodating. You feel very, very good and there are fulfilled all expectations. Foreign languages skills are very good available There was no reason to complaints and therefore I can say to it nothing.Very good quality, everything great, very clean, good foodEverything great, fully equipped, very clean and definitely recommendableWe were in the guesthouse kostner very friendly and welcomed by the boss received. Really nice family! For a week vacation the room was enough. Room was clean only a bit small. There is a small kitchen where food could cook! The outdoor area was great, you are almost in the clouds :-) breakfast could be a bit better but are always full! With the bike one could very well ride, you are almost at the Seiser Alm. Aggressive, volatile mood from the side of the current landlord. Rip-off in terms of extra charges. Facilities left a lot to be desired (lack of champagne, wine glasses for new Year's Eve rentals). Traffic connections ski difficult, the last bus drives at 17 o'clock back, tight Timing, no reliable timetable. St. Ulrich by car about 4.5 kilometer away, shopping possibilities and restaurants available. Website gives the real atmosphere of the hotel, unfortunately. There is no garage.
