We had the hotel as' best Western ronceray opera ' booked, apparently there was a change of ownership between best Western and Mercure instead. We probably therefore a cheap price get. We had a room on the 5 floor, the one only over a narrow stairs reached. The whole hotel is quite run down, the carpets are dingy and it smells a little musty. The rooms are superficial updated and reasonably clean, the staff seemed rather demotivated.
