Small residence composed by 3 adjacent living units, it’s situated in a quiet area in Riva del Garda, near the lake, the harbor, the public beach and the center.The apartments are divided in two categories: two-room flats and three-room flats. There are also 3 types of apartments: STANDARD (to 4 people with 1 bedroom and double sofabed in livingroom), DELUXE ( to 4 people with 1 bedroom and double sofabed in livingroom) and DESIREE DEPENDANCE (to 5 people with 1 bedroom with 3 beds and double sofabed in livingroom). STANDARD apartments are very wide and adapt to groups and to sporting clients. DELUXE apartments are new constructed and luxuriously furnished with high tech technology (Lcd television with integrated satellite and with PC, dishwasher and air-conditioning). DESIREE DEPENDANCE apartments are very suitable for families with spacious bedrooms, there is also a third bed. The apartments STANDARD and DELUXE are equipped with WiFi to access directly and easily to the Internet. For the DESIREE DEPENDANCE there are 2 WiFi areas: in the reception and in one other room. There is a private parking inside the residence, wide garage for bicycles or private cellar. Nearby there are great possibilities of trips and excursions, the area is ideal for trekking, free climbing, surfing and sailing.
