A nice hotel with nice grounds, but badly in need of renovation. Still clean, pollution were immediately removed. The staff was very friendly and courteous. To our dates in november the hotel was not written off, therefore also not very crowded. There were mostly older couples and long term on site, only a family with one child. We found the price-performance ratio perfect. We had a great holiday for little money. The hotel is a bit worn, but always clean. The staff was always friendly... Although the german skills were not always the best. Big compliment to the kitchen! The food was great! With the cheap taxis you are right in the city for shopping. I have had one of my all time favourite holidays here in One Resort. It's a beautiful hotel and there is not one thing I could complain about. The hotel is spotlessly clean all round and very spacious. The cleaners work non stop all day long cleaning everywhere. It is an all inclusive hotel and it really is ALL INCLUSIVE, the food and drinks are excellent and I've always been able to find exactly what I want. Breakfast, there's more choice than u can imagine, also fresh orange juice which you don't find I. Many all inclusive hotels. Lunch and ... dinner times there's show cooking, cooking different kinds of meats every day. There is also a show cooking pizza and pasta bar, cooking fresh foods all through the service. There's always something nice to eat. Nobody, even fussy eaters, could possibly complain. There's also a Tunisian corner with all different types of typical Tunisian dishes and a diabetic corner too. Different nights the restaurant has different themes too, you could never be bored with the food here. Theres a tunisian night, an Italian night and dinner gala. The 24 hour all inclusive is brilliant. There's an express bar open 24 hours where you can find everything from omelettes to sandwiches to pizzas to burgers, and much more. Also a coffee and cakes service every afternoon with pancakes and all kinds of cakes and biscuits. Yum! Type of guests, when I first came there were many Italians, now they are gone and it's mainly French and German. I wish English would start coming here! read hotel review

    To be honest there isn't many places you can go by foot outside of the hotel, there is a disco named cyclone about 2 minutes away, which u can see for the hotel and there's a cafe just down the road u can walk to. Midoun is a nice place though, you can easily go by taxi and have a look around.

    The service is excellent and can not be faulted. The staff all round the hotel are so polite and friendly, always carrying a smile and a helping hand when needed. The managers are always walking around controlling the hotel, getting their hands dirty amd working along side the staff when needed and always happy to help with anything. It is the first time I have been in a hotel and actually seen the management team work. After spending several holidays here I have come to feel the staff as family. The animation team are also brilliant and work tirelessly from morning until night with activities to suit everybody's needs from young to old. A special mention for Max, the animation manager, you do a brilliant job! Thanks to all the staff there for welcoming me and my family and making us feel at home.

    There are 3 bars plus a 4th on the beach in peak season. There's a Latino bar also where you pay for brand drinks. There is one big main restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and also restaurant 'blue and blue' which is a la carte. There is also the 24 hour express bar I've previously mentioned and a restaurant on the beach in peak season, serving snacks all day and turning into a Brazilian restaurant in the evenings which is just magnificent. The restaurant are spotless and the waiters are constantly rushing around clearing plates etc, always with a smile I must add. Waiters do not expect a tip but they certainly deserve them and It is nice to tip the with a few dinar sometimes and they are most great full.

We were alltogether satisfied. Staff is helpful and friendly. It is in Afrika. Reception rather cool, the waiters friendly, still better with 1 Dinar tip on the day. The beach is in the january barely usable, many alluvial seaweed. Not in the hotel the tours book. Everything was overpriced. Better outside in the people, for half the price in the reviewer's opinion, the city, the camel. The hamam badeleute want you massages sell. Too expensive. I can also in that go. The animation team around madam Saida very nice, not pushy, very friendly. Wireless internet is available in the reception ... area also free! Buffet is good, there was something different every day and varied. Drinks were top! Cleanliness. Oh well. The rooms have round corners. Flushing hooks sometimes. Grout and silicone in the bath grin you already on. Waiters Toni in the l-express koffeebar is very good. Also porter Mohamed is us by its friendliness very heart. The two run the whole day and make every effort and read wishes from the eyes and have always a fun on their lips. The cameleer Samir ( it is called Roberto blank) gave us some shown, country and people little said. Great guy! Not much and gives us a lot of heart. You can make times vacation. Super relaxing holiday nice hotel, food could have been little better. Otherwise we didn't have anything to complain about. Maybe on the beach which make it looked a little scruffy. But i think in the summer, there are better. read hotel review

The tour operator without surcharge on this hotel, since i booked the hotel due to renovation was closed. Except for some small things it pleased me very well. The area was very neat and the way to the beach through the well-kept garden area is very nice. The beach was to this time very quiet, but you could well there relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. The service overall, especially in the dining room and at the bar was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially hard to speak german, which i liked very much. ... The cleanliness of the room was exemplary. It was wiped every day, there were fresh towels every day, and also the dirty glasses were always - and all this without in any way tip to expect, which i did then but gladly gave. I would book at any time again this hotel, just a shame, that it is considerably more expensive than the hotel, which i originally booked. A big compliment to the entertainment team. It had always a friendly word without being pushy and the evening shows everything. read hotel review

We were pleasantly surprised, because of the bad reviews. The area is very nice and well arranged, you don't get lost. The beach is through a well-kept walkway. The beach was of not usable. It was partly german spoken, some very good (important at the reception), otherwise agreed in english. The glasses in the room (& bathroom) after a few days replaced, than it pointedly interconvertible put, we know that different. The lobby was kept very clean, however, were in some hallways whole week sheets, were so rather less cleaned. Animation was very kind, saida i had especially ☺ the ... guest structure was rather older, due to the time of year, the hotel worked except for the food rather empty. Unfortunately we were at the arrival am24 dezembernicht on the table pointed out, but that was not a problem, none had is possible ☺, check-in and check-out went without a problem. Very much trouble gave one general for the christmas, for the children gave it to small gifts and the hotel was nice and not too much decorated. With about 270 rooms, the hotel was one of the smallest on Djerba, but for us extra because of this, and because of the stylish area - absolutely ideal. We swarm rather for smaller hotels, but must say, that then probably the offer in terms of the activities (aerobics, dance lessons, etc.) And the spa area was rather small would have been. Our room and the hotel overall were clean, here are especially the cleanliness and the condition of all toilets in the hotel to be highlighted. Our room was big enough and the view of the sea and ... the nearly always radiating blue sky was wonderful. The hotel could only with all-inclusive are, what we don't like may, since it was often guests, the holiday from morning to night in hotel with 'food and drink' and depending on of us disturbing - depending on alkoholpensum. This was hardly the case, except, that always' time again people in the lobby on the sofas, instead of properly set. There were mainly french guests in the hotel in the age of 60 years and older, but also french, belgian, german different ages: 20 years to 90 years. read hotel review

    The staff of the hotel were almost exclusively friendly and helpful, some spoke very good german, others only little or mainly french. With my french i came well clearly, but also without french communication worked. The rooms were always clean, the towels were changed every day without problems. The safe worked not on the day of arrival and it was immediately after our complaint by replenishment of battery set in motion. The tv had no top-quality and only 4 german programs, for us it was enough but.

    My husband was often horse riding, it went along the beach and it is very good. Golf right across the golf course was fun. Stretching, aerobics and dance classes in the hotel to me very much, as well as the 50 - minute body massages (3 piece about 90 Euro ), the 30 - minute teilkörper massage (3 piece about 41 Euro ) were not particularly good (facial and foot massage). The beach chairs at the pool and beach were free of charge and in order, showers available everywhere.

    The main restaurant was very stylish, with arches and columns, we felt comfortable, except, if the rush hour too loud for us was. We have always tried the quieter meal times to get, for example, the french in the evenings always an aperitif before dining in the lobby bar or similar. Drunk, so we from 18,30-19,30 in peace could eat. The selection at the meals was large and there was something for everyone, the quality was good. Every day different sorts of vegetables, which i tasted very good. The small cakes, crepes and waffles for lunch, in the afternoon and in the evening were very tasty. Every morning i have a omelet and not to forget: the freshly squeezed orange juice. In the first week we outside on the terrace, since the temperatures in the shade or ideal were. There it was pleasantly quiet and beautiful view of the famous swimming pool and garden. To complain about is: tablecloths weren't always clean, silverware and napkins were missing. Of course, were the waiters about the tip.

    The fantastic beach was within a few minutes walk through the beautiful garden. The airport is about 20 kilometer away. In the 18 kilometer away capital Houmt Souk, their streets and places we really liked it, we were 5 times with the taxi (per distance only about £5, - €including tip paid) and in the nearest town Midoun (5 kilometer away), we were 3 times with the kutsche and some times with the taxi, all at reasonable prices. Midoun itself is reasonably worth seeing, we were mostly on the livestock and weekly market. We have played golf on the opposite side of the golf course, the entrance is about 300 metres away. On the half-day island tour we have the sights djerbas (la chriba, guellala,, Houmt Souk with souks) seen, on the 2 - day drive over the südtunesiche mainland (900 kilometer) we have the cave dwellings, the sahara in douz (with dromedarritt ), the city Tozeur (here night), lovely mountain oasis on the border of Algeria and the ' lezard rouge' (historic journey through a panorama gorge, duration and back 2 hour) met. There were remarkable experiences and the excursions are highly recommended.
