We were happy with almost everyone at the hotel. The check in was friendly and efficient, the restaurant staff were attentive (although they were a bit slow with the bill sometimes), the cleaning crew kept everythign immaculate, and the concierge was one of the best young concierge\'s I have seen in a long time (Biggi was his name I think). the only exception was one womn at the desk who booked us a very dodgy rental car for what I considerd way too much money. This magnificent hotel is located within the Hivernage residential neighbourhood, close to the famous La Mamounia Hotel and only a few minutes away from Jemaa Lafna square. The hotel and spa can also be the starting point for long walks strolling in souks and sightseeing in the city.
Facilities
In this sumptuous hotel nothing stands in the way of harmony, fine style, grace and delicacy, a warm, peaceful atmosphere and discreet service. The hotel offers a gorgeous full-view terrace overlooking the Bab Jdid ramparts and Agdal Gardens, and provides a breathtaking view of the ochre city and the snowy peaks of the Atlas Mountains. The hotel has a total of 85 rooms, as well as a hairdressing salon and a bar.
Rooms
Each room provides an individual ambience, combining soothing moods with the finest traditional materials. For guests' comfort and tranquillity each room has satellite TV, Internet access, a minibar and a separate bathroom.
