In the hotel there are very much and very friendly staff, that was a bit slow, but very accommodating is. All have a very quick-wittedness and register every friendly guests. We were always quickly and served in a friendly manner. All employees are very interested in one thing and speak english.There were restaurants and bars a short drive away, we however not visited. In the hotel there was at lunch and in the evenings next to live cooking a large salad bar and several warm dishes, with fish, beef, lamb, poultry and vegetables, to choose from. In january we were in this hotel, and i have to say we felt very good. Already in the hallway to the room we loved it, even though we in the evening arrived. The room was simple only ingeniously, with a big shower in the room (after showering was moisture through the great air ventilation quickly disappeared). Although the hotel is already somewhat older and therefore has signs of wear

the staff are always friendly and attempted in English everything to mediate. Experiments with a few German words were also good. We had a lot of fun. We were satisfied and could easily communicate.
cleaning of the rooms and bedlinen were always OK.
in our opinion there was small Dankespräsente. These are always welcome - everywhere -(if you get the proportions looks, gives you want. )A dining room with indoor and outdoor courts-view of the sea- wonderful. The employees are hard-working with a little tip.We had only breakfast, everyday the same buffet, nothing African, boring.Rooms so far OK, but not a Sheraton standardthe hotel is partly very run down, although it isn't very old, not a Sheraton standard.
the management was not customer friendly, we had of 05 am. Until 16 o'clock on our room wait, although it was available.
the same on the final day, room was available and we had to for a late check out normal until 6 o'clock 57 euros costs a full day of 100 euros figures, because the room different allegedly was occupied, … read more
