The hotel is zwal directly in the approach path of the airport, but with the windows closed one didn't hear any of it. The nearest metro station is about seven minutes walk from the hotel and after three stops you are already in the middle in the happening. Tip: a day pass (valid 24 hour) buy. This hotel lies only around 4 km from Rossio Square (one of the beautiful Lisbon squares). A wide selection of shopping venues, restaurants and links to the public transport network lie within 500 m of the complex. There are bars located 2 km away, nightclubs are 2.5 km away and the Lisbon airport is located 5 km from the hotel. The nearest beach is 25 km away.

The 14-storey building was built in 2004 and has a total of 185 rooms, of which 16 are singles, 165 are doubles and 4 are suites. The hotel offers a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, a launderette, a lift and a café.
