STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! This is the first time I have been to Sharm El Sheikh and this hotel and I can tell you this, I will never ever stay in this hotel again. In my entire life I have never seen such a dirty hotel, starting with the hotel rooms, to the bathrooms around the resort, sauna and spa as well as lobby and restaurants on sight. My husband and I had to change rooms 3 times because the staff was not able to do a nice job cleaning the rooms. There was hair all over the bathroom ... floor, dirty bathtub and shower, stained curtains in the room as well as in the restaurant, which served breakfast every morning. The bathrooms in the lobby were never clean nor could you flush the toilet there, so you can imaging how they looked like. The food was terrible and made me sick. Besides this the service in this hotel is a disaster and joke. And to us the managers (General Manager especially) is not even interested in his guest. When we complained to him he seemed disinterested and was not willing to help us out in anyway or at least give us any compensation or offer us anything for all the troubles we have been through. Don’t get me wrong but if you stay for 10 days and pay $250a night ( including breakfast) you should kind of expect some service, however in this hotel you will not find it. All they do is rip you off wherever they can. Therefore all I can tell you STAY AWAY. read hotel review
