Hotel Palace Club is in centrum of Spindleruv Mlyn. 5 minutes by car to slope, 2 minutes walk to restaurant, disco bar and shops. Hotel is nicely, silently. Rooms are large, homely and clean. Servis is very profesional, friendly, helpfull and always smile :) Good, traditional food. Good price. … read more

the rooms are very getting old.
in the room were still many hair from the previous guests.
sauna costs extra (125 CZK) and is not recommendable.
breakfast buffet is very lean and not diverse.
the staff speaks no foreign languages and is rather unfriendly.

the tablecloth was in our 2 days exchanged.
the food was thus rather Spartan.
we had an apartment what size very nice was.
however was the kitchen the integrated was not to use.
no Cutlery available and the fridge had no shelves so only for drinks to use.

friendliness within of the hotel the food very varied. Very friendly, but at the bar rather unfriendly. Almost all staff do not speak German, however at the front desk not at all. There was a voucher for 1 hour free SpA, apart from that but no amenities.breakfast very varied: bread, rolls, eggs, cheese, ham, different desserts, yoghurt, cereal and so on fruit is unfortunately already sliced and therefore does not look so nice. The hotel was being renovated 2009. Service and catering are good, all requests were fulfilled. Due to the location on the mountain is the entrance with snow a little difficult, but there are also taxi from central park square. The view is gorgeous sun. Breakfast plentiful (six types of meat, three types of cheese and much more) everything was fresh and tasty.
