A very spacious studio - room, extremely lots of space with kitchenette ( not used, since booked all inclusive was). Only negative (Gilbert Islands time for the quality of the water from Ibiza City, but the hotel can't...) : the water is extremely chlorinated, much more than in Turkey! The vacation the azuline Atlantic is wonderful been, the only thing which I have to complain about is, that you need for the Wi-Fi access for a week 15, -€ pay must, nowadays must be possible this service free of charge.

So we have already friendlier staff with much better Foreign Languages Knowledge met. This was a real disappointment. You could get along with German as good as not at all and in English, it is sometimes difficult but still doable.
the cleaning of the rooms was, overall okay.there's a restaurant and a bar. Furthermore, the snack bar where burgers, fries and such things returns. There was nothing to complain about. For a snack in between absolutely okay.

The staff made with exception the charwoman duty and not for the guest, the foreign language skills were rather small, good cleaning of the rooms, complaints were well cared for,
The service in the restaurant limited to clearing and the control of essenkarten, drinks yourself, it was too late and opened; at the pool bar there was waiting times, and the hotel the first days was only little occupied, after a 'invasion' of English families were long queues at the time of the day and only quite at the Nachtordnung, no possibility, is water...
