Were now the 3. time in this hotel, we can only recommend it! We are already looking forward to it back on our next stay. Ok, there are also people, the always complains are. Wether about the food, that are usually people at home only tütensuppen food. Or, because a part was being remodeled, since i just not in the vicinity to. You could also a bit further away at the beach lay, where one nothing heard. But there is stop of people, the have their reklamationsschreiben on the flight in your pocket. … read more

Very fast and comfortable service. Always courteous and very polite. There is absolutely no complaints whatsoever, on the contrary. The childcare was very good.There was a community restaurant, and 2 great bars, the beverages were very fast and efficient trued up,The rooms were always very clean, the figures for the decoration on the bed with towels by right put were, had to every day photographed... Location
Guests can enjoy an outstanding seaside resort experience on the northern coast of Djerba Island. At the foot of the Taguermess lighthouse, the hotel is located on the prime white sandy beachfront and set in the heart of an 11-hectare palm grove. Djerba-Zarzis International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 25 km.
Facilities
The hotel has 275 standard rooms and 79 superior rooms and features a café, restaurant, bar/lounge and disco. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, hairdressing salon, auditorium and car park. For additional fees guests may take advantage of the WLAN Internet access, laundry service and an on-site bicycle hire service.
Rooms
All the rooms have sea, pool or garden views and are equipped with an en suite bathroom with bath, a loggia or balcony, a telephone, satellite TV, individually controlled air conditioning and heating. The rooms are furnished with double beds.
Sports/Entertainment
Guests can take a refreshing dip in one of the heated indoor or outdoor swimming pools and children have their own swimming area. The mini club, with an experienced staff of counsellors, is equipped with a pool, large playground, TV room, toilets and showers, and offers an outstanding supervised children's programme with daily activities. Refreshments are provided at the poolside snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out for use. A sun terrace, gym, steam room and massage and spa treatments round off the recreational facilities available on site (fees apply to all). The hotel is 3 km from the Djerba Golf Course (27 holes).
