Am very pleased with the staff! Were all very pleasant and helpful!There is always something there you like. The food is not served hot, but this is but standard in Bulgaria. Think just a pity, in 2 weeks not once fish was...Very clean, with a balcony, tv, air conditioning and even fridge free of charge!Clean, inexpensive, not far from beach away. Really nice staff, just great!3 schwimmenpool! Volleyball, soccer, basketball... Everything there! In beach you can also bananeboot, flying fish, jet skis and all other kind of water sports.Beach, McDonald's, KFC, and different bare, restaurant and shop very nearby! There … read more

At the reception we were welcomed friendly and we were lucky a German speaking lady there, so there was no problems. With further questions at the hotel staff there was no progress more. Knowledge of German directly nothing, here is urgently pent-up demand. The staff in the restaurant made too many a overtired impression, hardly times greeting or attention. The cleaning of the rooms excellent, always clean towels and a well cleaned room on the beds often towels nice small animal figures formed. A doctor at certain times on location. Friendly but partly inattentive staff, the sometimes in the hotel lobby at the tv to find.
If you back to the hotel room comes you will always find an artfully designed towel on the bed for.
Moderate foreign languages skills available.The breakfast buffet is ok however definitely not vegetarierfreundlich exactly like the dinner.
The dinner buffet is worthwhile not at all, as it every day so quite with only minor modifications the same.
Spices are rarity.Clean but functional, reminds of the establishment of a youth hostel.
Safe only for a fee in the lobby available.The rooms are clean and big with a small kitchen.

With room to the side of the road at night until 4 o'clock not to sleep, since in the immediate area Karaoke -bars in which Gesangsdarbietungen show (not nice but loud).
Incomprehensible is, that even in the lobby-bar of the hotel loud karaoke Grölerei take place.
Enjoyable was however, that we in the 2. day peacefully located room to the pool side got. Because of this the holiday was then still very relaxing. Each of the Sonnenstrand vacation makes should be aware, that here holidays a fair take place ( Ballermann time 2).
