About this hotel it is missing at nothing. Understanding french and moroccan. English german at the front desk a bit. We have a round trip by Marocco made and eventually discovered the 4 and star hotel in the drinks not very different. For example 0,5 ltr house wine 105-110 Dirham = 10,5-11 Euro, 20-25 Dirham water =2-2,5 Euro. As for us it is, of course, in the supermarket günster 4-5 Dirham. The staff is friendly and personable. The waiters can often quite good german, in the front desk only english or french. Complaints were taken care of immediately. Z. example broken remote control for the tv. In the restaurant was dishes cleared quickly, also there it was always pleasant quiet without the disturbing noise level as in other hotels.Because of the few guests had a restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. With the hotel, the service and the food we were satisfied. One must bear in mind, that except for the head waiter and a further waiter, but in the à la carte restaurant worked, neither at the front desk nor in other areas like for instance spa area etc. Staff with german are available. Without french One is poor to, the english of the staff to the part. Are limited. Guests without foreign languages skills the hotel isn't recommendable. Very beautiful hotel in the moroccan style with impressive hotel lobby. Nice laid out garden. Rooms are a riyadh house building with winding corners and courtyards. Very peaceful location, one hears of life outside nothing. Approximately 300 meters to the beach. Own small beach section. The outside pool very big and heated. Enough chairs and umbrellas available. Everywhere in the hotel complex very good wi-fi front desk, free of charge! Food there was only in the small lower dining room, since the other been renovated.     The hotel is located just 500 m from the city centre, at the heart of a beach area and within a mere 300 m of the hotel’s own private beach. Agadir Almassira airport is 25 km away and may be reached by car in around 30 minutes.
  • Facilities
    The architect has combined a sumptuous Moroccan style and local hospitality at this hotel comprising a total of 330 rooms of which 280 are standard rooms (approximately 30 m² – 35 m²), 30 are junior suites (around 58 m² in size), 11 are senior suites (some 120 m²), 7 are royal suites (about 150 m² - 160 m²) and 2 are maisonettes (70 m²). Facilities include a 1,000 m² foyer that leads into a succession of lounges. The majestic Royal room is 400 m² in size and features 2 large marble fireplaces, splendid polychrome ceilings and terrace of 250 m². Guests are invited to relax amidst the harmony of colours in the 100 m² large Mamounia room. The Bridge room cover 30 m² and features 5 dark green tables. Guests are additionally offered use of a business centre and further hotel amenities include a currency exchange desk, a laundry service, a babysitting service and private car parking. Moreover, there is a caretaker’s lodge and a secretariat. An array of leather and handcrafted goods, jewellery, carpets, newspapers, souvenirs, tobacco and much, much more is available in the hotel’s selection of shops.

    Lying amidst sprawling parklands, the rooms and suites afford top service and are both comfortable and fully equipped. Each comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, double or king-sized bed, a safe and a terrace. Individually controllable air conditioning also comes as standard.
  • Sports/Entertainment
    Agadir is ideal for many different sports including golf and tennis, as well as water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, bodyboarding, kayaking and water skiing. The ‘Tonic et Active’ centre features 200 tennis courts; the hotel owns 4 courts itself. There are 3 golf courses to be found in the local area: the Golf du Soleil with 27 holes, the Golf des Dunes with 18 holes and the 9-hole Golf Royal. Numerous sports may be tried out on the beach including volleyball, badminton and 5-a-side football. Landrovers, quad bikes, scooters and mopeds may be taken for a drive and it is possible to go horse riding. It is well worth paying a visit to Le Palace nightclub, the Casino Agadir with its Roulette, Black Jack tables, Poker, Bingo and more, or the thalasso centre where a selection of spa treatments are on offer including hammam, a sauna, a massage service, purifying treatments and facials, as well as a hairdressing salon and a gym.
