  Located on the west coast of Florida on the Intracoastal Waterway, this Indian Shores apartment resort is across the street from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Numerous restaurants are located within 3.2 km. It is just a few steps away from private access to the beach - one of the most pristine beaches on the Gulf coast. The Tides, an 18-hole golf course with cool breezes and Tifdwarf-grass greens, is within 8 km. The 18-hole Largo Golf Course is also within comparable distance. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, 9.6 km away, in addition to restaurants and shops, offers water sports rentals and activities, including deep-sea fishing, parasailing, and jet skis. Shopping facilities can be found around 5 minutes' drive from the property. St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport is around 21 km away, Tampa International Airport is some 41 km away and Orlando-Sanford International Airport is roughly 223 km away.

  The resort offers a total of 90 apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms in 6 buildings. Between the buildings is a landscaped area with barbecue grills. Across the street, the resort's own privately deeded walkway leads down to a Gulf of Mexico beach.   From St Petersburg- Clearwater International Airport (PIE), head northeast on Terminal Blvd toward Airport Pkwy. Turn right at Airport Pkwy. Then take the 1st left onto FL-686 E/ Roosevelt Blvd. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for FL- 688 W/ Indian Rocks Beach and merge ontoFL- 688 W/ Ulmerton Rd. Turn left at Gulf Blvd and the hotel will be on the left.
