  This hotel is situated directly in the tourist centre and only 800 m from the nearest beach. Shopping venues, restaurants and bars may all be found only 50 metres from the hotel. Public transport departs from a stop approximately 100 m from the hotel. It is 3 km to the airport and 5 km to the centre. A main road is located nearby.

  The city hotel was renovated in 2004 and consists of a 9-storey main building and a 5-storey annexed annexe block with a total of 118 rooms of which 12 are singles, 100 are doubles and 6 are suites. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. Other facilities include a café, a bar, a TV room, a games room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, a conference room, an Internet terminal as well as a car park and a garage. The hotel additionally offers a room and laundry service for guests.
