  This luxury hillside hotel is located only a few moments away from the beach and sea, and lies about 2.5 km from Eloúnda. A bus service with regular connections to Aghios Nikolas and Heraklion stops around 1 km away.
• Facilities
  This first-class hotel welcomes many regular guests and has been a member of the Relais & Chateaux hotel group since 1988. It comprises 96 rooms. A reception, a piano bar, a lounge, a saloon with fireplace, a TV room, and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant can be found within the hotel. The complex also features additional bars, à la carte restaurants, a kiosk, a jeweller, a boutique, and a souvenir shop. A gallery, chapel and beauty salon are available on the Cretian Square. There is also a small children's play area and, on request, a child supervision service.
• Rooms
  The luxurious rooms in the main building come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct-dial telephone, satellite / cable TV, a minibar / fridge, air conditioning, and a hire safe. Furthermore, all rooms also include a balcony or terrace with sea views. The standard bungalows are furnished to the same standard as the rooms in the main building, and include an additional bedroom as well as a private terrace with sea views. Bathrobes, slippers, and sun loungers are also available to guests. The studio bungalows include the same furnishings as standard bungalows but are more spacious and feature a terrace with sea views.
• Sports/Entertainment
  Beach activities include surfing, diving, and water-skiing. Paddle boats, canoes, and sailing boats can also be hired. There is a gym available for use. Those wishing to relax may enjoy a sauna, a steam bath and a massage. The outdoor complex features two turf tennis courts and table-tennis facilities as well as a seawater swimming pool with children's paddling area. For a supplementary fee guests can make use of the 9-hole par 3 golf course and Golf Academy located on the grounds of the neighbouring Hotel Porto Eloúnda de Luxe Resort.
• Meals
  A breakfast buffet is included in the price. Children's meals and special dietary requirements can be fulfilled on request. A seafood evening is organized once a week (supplement payable).
