It's hard to understand how a hotel in an conference city such as Las Vegas has no Wifi. It is the year 2015 and No Wifi??? Are you kidding me? They need to put it on their website and be upfront about the fact that they only supply ethernet plugins in the rooms and may not even supply the cables for it. If you own a Mac you are SOL and will not be able to use ethernet. They should be on Wifi or get rid of their $28 a night resort fee. read hotel review

The hotel was a little old fashioned, and so was my room, although very large (I got upgraded to a suite it seems)... Friendly staff for sure! After staying in the Wynn, I would not recommend this hotel... We paid a lot of money for less quality... Not my cup of tea! read hotel review

This was my fifth trip to Las Vegas and the third for my wife, so we've stayed at a number of different hotels on the strip. The room at the Monte Carlo was nice enough -- a pretty ordinary room with a nice 25th floor view of the Strip. Similarly, the lobby, buffet, and casino were all decent but nothing special. We've been blown away by stays at the Paris and Venetian, but the Monte Carlo felt very ordinary. The staff was very friendly. We did have an issue at check-in in that we had reserved a king bed and ... they only had rooms with two queen beds available. While this is not a huge deal, the fact is I had made a specific reservation. The clerk told me that thier policy is that bed types are just a request and there are no guarantees, which to me doesn't jive with the concept of a reservation. She was very friendly and professional throughout the discussion, and ultimately gave us a meal credit for the buffet. Overall, if you get a particularly good deal, the Monte Carlo is clean, conveniently located and a decent property. But if the price is about the same, we'll stay somewhere else next time. read hotel review

We were offered an upgrade to a better room, but the receptionist "forgot" to ... mention he was charging an extra for the upgrade, we thought since it was a holiday and they were busy, they were giving us whatever they have available at the time. While we stayed, I checked my credit card transactions and I was charged the upgrade.     Yusho is great, a little bit pricey but a nice alternative if trying to stay away from the buffet. Also, the Chinese restaurant was great, they offer lunch specials, very affordable, considering is Vegas. I would recommend those 2 restaurants.

    After complaining about the unexpected charged. We talked to another receptionist and she honored the price we initially agreed. However, the person who offered the upgrade refuse to accept responsibility, leading to a very awkward moment.

The hotel is right on the Strip. Walking distance to shopping (right next to a big mall). Everything is connected & easy access even for handicapped as there are lifts for overhead bridges. Night life is big & beautiful scenaries. Lots of restaurants around. Able to walk from Bellagio to Monte Carlo in just 15mins. read hotel review

Very good hotel with good location. Good rooms and courteous staff which are ready to help anytime. We got upgraded to the Top most floor at Hotel 32 in a suite and our stay was super. Good cafeteria down which has variety of joints. This hotel has 4 swimming pools which makes it an awesome stay. read hotel review

Well located hotel with all you need for a stay of a few days. Pool was closed while our stay but spa was just perfect. Restaurants are ok but a little pricey for what they offer. It is a not a top hotel but just perfect for a lazy stay in Las Vegas. read hotel review

Hotel is very big so it takes more than 5 min. from the reception to the room. The room has no free wifi so you need to go to the lobby. the moment of check out there was very long queue in front of the reception. Better use quick check out. read hotel review
