Shortly after check-in there was already reason for complaint, which in point "rooms" closer appearing. The receptionist gave its response to personally rather irritated. And during the stay you can manage this lady as very cold. Next to English spoken; maid service speak Spanish apparently no English; with a bit of Spanish skills and with gestures you can talk about the basics. They don't have a restaurant on premises. Right on Miami Beach south side! For a couple of nights around Miami to meet a perfect hotel, beach 50 meters didn't have to cross a street! Wireless Internet access in the lobby and in the rooms, small, quiet hotel, breakfast around the corner in a small store highly recommended! Dirty and noisy hotel with good location

The service was in general a disaster. At the front desk is rude, spoke only very little English. About the cleaning lady I could write a novel. ;-) discount down the road in "room". Shuttle buses, doctor, laundry service, etc. are not available. Restaurants and bars were available in this hotel. The only a small shop on the street in front of the hotel, you can have breakfast. The hotel is an important art deco corner building that is located at the intersection of the famous Collins Avenue and 26th Street in Miami Beach. Miami International Airport is some 28 km away.
