I was with my husband as a part of a eye surgery in this hotel.
Check in and check out ran smoothly. The employees were very friendly and helpful!
Room very small, you could only by one side in the bed. Cleanliness is OK, size of the bathroom also very small, but clean. Nearby many purchase- and entertainment possibilities. Something outside of the large sights ( Hagia Sofia) but nearby the Taksim square, from which one probably everywhere get ( I could unfortunately not debug, as I only in the hotel and the clinic anyway).

The rooms are very small. Upon arrival we were shown to a tiny room, not more than a single room assigned, which we then tried to change, which was tricky. The second next to it, this room had at least 2 beds. Windows only cigarette butts, otherwise it would us our needs. View behind the hotel - a disaster. Right next to the wall a airshaft with considerable noise, no matter if windows on or to was. The bathroom had shower cubicle, so under the toilet water, which was the room cleaning never dried. The eterno hotel is very centrally located. You can complain about the very loud music-TV program in the mornings, as well as the very expensive drinks from the minibar (€6 for a 12 oz can Sprite) otherwise was the staff at any time to the Satisfaction of the guests. The tables were cleared quickly. What was very pleasant, the food outside the hotel to eat. The meals were very good and we found the breakfast buffet is more than enough. As our predecessors is already describe the friendliness the strength of this hotel staff especially the front desk and in the breakfast room. So it is not under any circumstances apply to the service, which is ok, but you have only a few words for guests. The room cleaning was very good, also on the day of the operation was very much taken into consideration. There was still a restaurant and a bar which we didn't go to them. The Eterno hotel is located in a small pedestrian area with small shops and nice restaurants. Next door to the Taksim Square and the popular shopping street Istlikal (or similar, in an ideal location. My single room was very small, but beautifully clean. TV with mostly Turkish channels, but also BBC and RTL. many items for daily use available in the room (stockings, plaster etc. ), With that of course a mini-bar.
