Cleaning of the rooms regularly and really reasonable, the front desk also friendly and reasonable. Not ok: the' service' in the restaurant. Waiter some (not all, but most) very unmotivated and unmotivated. Example: small spoons there was basically only on demand and almost reluctantly. Service is definitely a foreign word in this hotel. Friendliness of the staff directly nothing. Complaints are ignored or augenrollend dismissed. Excuses there is no and also no compromise from the hotel. You feel rather annoying and everything but welcome. At 48° worked our air conditioning and was not also in the following 3 days not repaired, despite repeated complaints. Finally we got a new, damp room, still farther back was. Unfortunately was the service the worst area of the hotel. That at 48 degrees in one of our two rooms for three days the air conditioning not working, must despite budget price not be. Much less the empty promises of the staff, that the technician soon come, but never someone lets look. Over the staff's hospitality you can not complain. At the front desk you can have a little German, but in the restaurant can unfortunately only the restaurant manager speak a bit of German, but it was very important, in this fiasco. Even a sun is for the sleazy service yet clear too much. Arrogant, uneinsichtiges staff. Twisted the eyes, cannot regards. Foreign languages skills rather bad. Bad German, bad English. The only nice in the hotel was our cleaning lady. Additional services there was not, since no service available. Dealing with complaints extremely extremely bad. Ideally located just 300 m from the sandy beach, this city hotel is also well situated for guests looking to explore the excellent shopping to be found in the town centre. The large market is just a few hundred metres away.
