It is like a 'come home'! After 7 years we nächtigten in the Iberostar Quetzal. Why we 2 years in southern nachbarbotel p. bays, we do not know until today. Before 7 years 2. two weeks, now with 3 kids (3, 4 and 5) and 3 weeks. The first ride on the bell boy to the room he was allowed with the suit-cases alone make, we enjoyed the hotel from the first minutes at thoroughly and explored immediately a first time the jungle and diverse wildlife. Only the hotel to describe, is not difficult. It is really nice laid out. Of of the lobby, the garden to to the room you can't really fault it. The free current animals are really brilliant. Beautiful to see, as the monkeys from tree to tree hangeln. The size the hotel complex is super. Not too small, not too big. The complex well maintained. Also the rooms are cleaned. In spite of the age the hotel is in a very good condition.
Particularly the staff, no matter what level, were a aushängezeichen for hospitality and service.
A five stars holiday, definitely again and especially recommendable.
The only criticism are inflated price for a wi-fi access. In today's time, should be a free access in the area of the lobby these include!

We had a really great family vacation in the Iberostar Quetzal. The rooms are a bit rustic and on the ground floor rather dark, however everything was very clean and tidy. After two days in a different room on the 2. floor moved and the was great! Very annoying we welcome, that the door in the bathroom after inside opened and to 2. but was very cramped. The children had lots of fun the explore the complex. We have peacocks, coatis, monkeys, turtles... Seen! The pool area is really great and extensive, the sea wonderful turquoise. The hotel has everything to have a vacation custom, we wanted to relax and a little country and people kennenlerne. We were three days the pyramid schemes inland on the way. Were with dolphins and to have us with the ' straßensammeltaxis' to Plaza de Carmen and then with the bus to to Cancun pierced ourselves. The town itself was not the best...
The hotel with its evening shows was great, but also the strandbads invited to the chillen a...

The check-in went very fast, one went on the wish a. It was a junior suite with a view of the sea on the 1. floor room 2026. It was a room where you right around the corner direction diving center could see. The view to the beach was very nice. At the time it was unfortunately mostly very stormy and the flag showed often red. The friendliness of the staff is great. If you with some words in spanish to understand is, that no americans is, you can probably has nearly everything. Everywhere is it 'hola' and one reapeth a smile, only the tourists themselves you can hear (if at all) a 'good morning'.
Exciting was always the visit of the room after the cleaning-which elaborately produced towel figure welcomes us? Every day something else- small artworks formed towels on the bed! ☺ one was happy to tip more.
