This hotel is in the front building very nice rooms. In the back building but there are rooms, the not nice, but rather to the sixties. Furthermore, there is no removable shower head these rooms. This hotel lies around 10 km from the city centre and may easily be reached either by car or by train. This is the ideal base for those wishing to explore the Scottish Highlands and the coastal route. Balmoral Castle, Glenfiddich distillery and Archaeolink Prehistory Park are all within easy reach and it is just a short drive to the local industrial estates. Aberdeen airport is just 1 km away.

Amongst the facilities on offer are a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange desk in addition to a bar, an à la carte restaurant and conference facilities.
