Terrible service.
1.5 hours waited for the main course. The coffee we have not any more receive after 2 orders. We have paid and are against gone. But we did for almost chf 400 consumed.
The service was a huge disaster. Inattentive, the whole zeitbmit the guests nervalen instead to use. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Unbelievable...
Not even a ' goodbye thank you very much' we will receive. Nothing at all!

We have one night in this dream hotel to stay. The freshly renovated, first class hotel leaves nothing to be desired. A tasteful gourmet dinner with first-class wine was of extremely hospitable staff served. Also the breakfast buffet was from finest and more than enough.
The rooms are with the latest high-tech technology. The combination of wood and slate gives the room a very pleasant atmosphere. The designbadewanne in the room guaranteed pure relaxation.

Our multi-day stay at the cathedral hotel was just amazing. The freshly renovated hotel, the service and the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The rooms are very modern but nevertheless rustic (wood, parts of Originalmauern ) and comfortably furnished. Brilliant is of course, that all Electronics as tv, lighting system, radio over the iPad can be operated. The beautiful bath tub in the room promises pure relaxation and not to forget, the dreamlike wellness shower.
The complete staff, from the managers about the service and the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful.
