We were returning guests, because we always good like. We hope, that the standard keep it up and not as in the melia Bali at a minimum will evaporate. However, we have to say, that my husband originally from Indonesia and we therefore a 'home advantage' have. All in all we felt again felt good. Service and food have both for breakfast, as well as in the restaurant continue to a high standard. The much-quoted high prices are, only on the beverages changed, everywhere in Indonesia directly. We had a upgrade on Ocean View suite with a pool, that is why the zimmerbewertung not representative for standard room. The hotel returns highest level. The food in strandrestaureant ikan is hhervorragend. Often criticized high prices are in my opinion only realistic for a hotel this category. Only point of criticism would be the beach bar, where from half 10 in the evening the lighting should be dismantled. We were also upgraded although barkarten, but then no waiters have seen more... The service is very good. The room well kept clean and in the restaurants as well as by the pool one is always very friendly and tried it the tourists make it as pleasant as possible. There was once a problem are all extremely helpful and well-organized. The staff is exceedingly friendly, and helpful. Most of the staff could also speak german, but in english it was easier. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the towels changed daily. Once we had the wäscherein taken into account, which unfortunately was quite expensive.The Westin resort is a wonderful resort with a large pool. The architecture fits its surroundings perfect.     This hotel complex lies right by the broad white beach of Nusa Dua, in the middle of plenty of tropical palm trees. Numerous shopping facilities and entertainment venues as well as the Bali Convention Centre are located in the surrounding area. The lively tourist town of Kuta is located around 13 km away. Denpasar, the capital of the island, lies about 30 km away. Denpasar airport is a 15-minute journey away (10 km).
  • Facilities
    The luxury class hotel offers a number of buildings, designed in styles typical for the area. The whole complex is surrounded by a tropical garden area and includes 355 lodgings. Guests are welcomed in an elegant air-conditioned lobby, which is lined with Balinese artwork. Here guests will find the reception area with a 24-hour service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk and a seating area. The complex features a shopping arcade, where guests are able to shop to their hearts delight in the boutique, the jewellers and the flower shop. Further facilities include a hairdresser, a car hire service and a travel centre.
