The service is bad. The staff are poorly trained.So bad I have never eaten. We ordered a cordon bleu. It wasn't a meat, that was possibly a finish bought Press meat, the only was thrown in the deep fryer. Only the pizza, the buffet was vorspeisebuffet, was enjoyablein the buffet there were also some salads, which one could eat. Apart from that Horror! The hotel is located directly on the karerpass and one is in few minutes walk right in the hiking/latemar rose garden, where you can leave to numerous hikes.
