The hotel is very close to the old town the evening is just super busy in the city and it's also very far. To the beach about 1 km to walk. The hotel is great - especially for the low price! We had a double room with breakfast for 2 nights and paid only 42 Euro! Hard to beat. Large clean rooms, nice bathroom ...
