The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Actually one could the complete staff as from, would not be there this waiter in the dining room. He seemed stressed as soon as the chamber filled and was thus always louder, also the guests opposite. May be, that the average age of the guests even, as we were with beginning and mid 50 seemed to be the exception. Most of the guests, which we during our travels found, were all in the 70's. Very bad service, besides front desk almost no one speaks German or English, bad cleaning of the roomsFood was ok, but no taste, must always salted again will, no large variety, uninspired atmosphere.Balcony was very ok, but apart from that very dirty, bad cleaning, old furniture, only 2 German tv-channels, dirty mini bar ( many mold)The hotel is very isolated, old, seniorenhaltig, no animation, bad cleanliness, extremely nice view for the food, lots of things cost extra ( loungers, sauna, internet, pool, etc...) , some activities are advertised, but in reality not offered!Beach- and pool area clean, but apart from … read more

We had a few problems with the cleanliness in the room. The bottle of sagrotan I had thank god forward. ( See other reviews). After we weighted, ( with the travel guide, this incident down wanted, and ban to speak) was the room cleaned again and we have the charwoman every day new corners have to show, where it still not okay. Was. The fridge and the toilet, the hardness. Mold totally. Nevertheless, everything else good. The place is very quiet and somewhat for pensioners, we also sufficiendy had. Not outstanding. The staff at the reception was mostly friendly.
Cleaning of the rooms was, overall ok.
The staff in the restaurant was in our opinion partly something overburdened however always make an effort.Except for the outrageous price for the drinks were we are satisfied. The selection was in the evening a well arranged but always good. The breakfast buffet was excellent.We had a double room with a sea view. The view great! The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The cleaning of the rooms was also good. Also complaints were taken serious and immediately fulfilled.The food was magnificent. From the dining room, there was also a great view. Unfortunately one could not enjoy, as it is extremely noisy. The table-ware is a on the car slammed, so that no second peace for the food has.
