We booked the hotel because of a fair. We booked the so-called family room. It consisted of 2 beautiful bedrooms, one not used living room ( since no couch - but only table with 4 chairs) and a bathroom for thin Dwarves. At least not for the 4 possible adults! The friendliness and flexibility front desk could be improved. Evenings worked the reservation in the restaurant not, whereby we instead of 19 hours only 21 hours could eat (and with a child)! Dur …  read more

The hotel is in München-Riem. With the S-Bahn there is about 20 minutes to the city centre. The location is very nice. The hotel is in the middle of a beautiful park next to the church and some old farms. The reception was nice and very friendly. We have in the side building stayed in. The rooms there are functional decorated however maybe slightly small, especially the bath is very narrow. However therefor everything is clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good and varied. The restaurant because of our late check in not more try. Generally the hotel is very recommendable, … read more

Information about Landhotel Martinshof

Hotel own description

  • What the hotel offers
The hotel is characterised by the preindustrial construction style of the 17th century, which was intended to create a comfortable place with a sense of wellbeing for the people. This is easily seen today in the pleasant beer garden with its lush vegetation, the real Bavarian lobby and the former brewing room in which excellent southern Italian food is now served. The rooms are divided between the historic listed main hotel building with its modern typically charming Bavarian country-house style (15 rooms) and the comfortably furnished rooms and apartments of the annexe (45 rooms) which, with its elegant colours and rectilinear furniture, blends the modern with the pastoral. Both buildings embrace the charming character and traditional Bavaria motifs running through the interior design and furnishings.
  • Location
This family-run hotel is located in the heart of the historic village of München Riem in the former village brewery from the 17th century. Yet at the same time it is in excellent proximity to all the important business and tourist centres in the area. The New Munich Trade Fair Centre for example is just 6 minutes away. And if your goal is downtown Munich, in just 14 minutes you are in the middle of the Viktualienmarkt. Whether you choose to take your own car or use the nearby public transportation, the connections are excellent. Our reception will tell you promptly which connection gets you to your appointment on time.
  • Accommodation
With us, the choice is yours. Would you prefer to feel wonderfully cosy and comfortable in the historical main building or in the tastefully modern annexe? You can choose between 60 charming rooms and four comfortable apartments – especially for when you want to stay that few days longer. In addition to their charming details, all the rooms have a telephone, a flat screen TV, W-LAN, a hairdryer, an ensuite bathroom and – because one always feels best when refreshed – a bottle of water. Fitting the character of the hotel, the water comes from Plose in the South Tyrolean Alps in Italy. Thanks to the spring's location 1,870 metres or more than 6,100 ft above sea level, the water is particular pure and contains a unique mixture of minerals.
  • Food and Drink
Our "San Martino". A restaurant full of life – and fine cuisine. The interior is such a comfortable place to sit and eat, while on warm days its terrace, right in the middle of the village, is the perfect place to leisurely sit and discuss business or the trade show events of the day. The restaurant seats 60 inside and 40 outside on our sunny or starlit terrace.
  • Leisure
Both during your stay at our hotel and beyond that as well, we fulfil your personal wishes and arrange a programme tailored to your individual needs. Our assistance here goes far beyond a standard city service, ensuring that your event or the cultural life in Munich becomes a truly unique experience for you. And of course we can also get tickets to all the latest cultural events and organise an individual programme for you
