the complex the helnan has been in the eighties by the Israelis during the period of the occupation of the Sinai built. There is a central entrance hall, the accommodations are small bungalow units distributed on the extensive area. The complex is spaciously laid out and is on the first impression clean and tidy. The rooms are a cottage arranged and all have a veranda with a seating area, and sometimes a table. The cushions on the seating area are dirty and in very desolate condition. We had as benefits breakfast and half board. In the hotel were too many Russian-speaking guests the all inclusive had. I was during our round trip only in this hotel for one night. But that was enough. Avoid this hotel than destination for a 1 or 2-weeks vacation. Everywhere even built respectively renovated. The location is not at all bad and oh the beach is oK-but alone the dinner was bad. At 19:15 o'clock eergoss begs a tourstenhorde in the dining room. Queue without limits. And the food was not really tasty. But also nothing at all tasted. Select for a beach vacation a different hotel -

As with our earlier visit is the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff simply stunning. Not on the intrusive and crude form, as we know them from Sharm, Hurghada and safaga know. It is a warm friendliness, not a fake impression of baksheesh, baksheesh does. Of course, accepted a bribe and the pleasure of a small, appropriate Amount is visible. The staff the reception and restaurants, the bar and the beach bar has some foundation in English and a small little German. The room service was absolutely perfect-we found every day a spotless room.

The service in the restaurant was very good, everything other one could forget. In the restaurant and at the front desk could one very well in English communicate. The cleaning of the rooms was a total catastrophe. The rooms were already with erstbezug very dirty and weren't really to be cleaned. By the mirror you could hardly more comprehensible and in the shower and behind the door to the bathroom it was dark with dirt (that is not exaggerated). We had in the first two days warm water. friendly, the frequent problems were quickly solved, unfortunately Gelddiebstahlsee above, rather monotonous and fadein need of renovation, often very few water, other see abovethe hotel is currently rebuilt or advanced.
