A great relaxing vacation, no matter wether front desk, room boys, kitchen, animation, or the boys on the reef or at the beach all super accommodating, friendly and helpful. By the personal care management was one of the most beautiful vacations which we had in the last 5 years in Marsa Alam to, for infants and children ideally, because the bay is perfectly safe for the kids and maximum knee-high water the first 50 meters, total peace, great beach also for walking go, very nice and clean room, small water park for children, very nice children's entertainment, diving in the bay next door at isam avalon divers recommendable!

The staff were, except for very few exceptions, always very friendly and ready to help!
Almost everybody could speak english speak, some also german. To jest the egyptians were also always presented \u263a
And if one as holiday-makers also some breaking of the national language, as please and thank you, uses, the egyptians especially.A restaurant, a beach bar, a pool bar. Use the bars in the neighboring hotel was also possible.
The food in buffet form was very good and fresh prepared. Nationaltypically, german, italian. Plenty of choice. The staff has always told us what the whole food hide.

The staff is really hospitable they are nice and have fun. The staff speaks italian really bad english and hardly any german. A few waiters put in the effort somewhat german to speak.
The cleaning of the rooms was fine. Cleaned daily and towel change. Also the nice trapierung of towels. The room boys are also very friendly and always greet you.

The staff's hospitality, especially at the front desk bad. Almost no English - respectively knowledge of German, Italian could almost perfect (everything on italientisch advertised). There is no doctor in the hotel, dealing with complaints very bad, much too long waiting time, we had 3 hours wait until someone came to our safe again to open.
