We have just come home from a wonderful one week trip to Crete and a very nice hotel Grand Bay Beach Resort. We are very happy with the hotel and would surely come back again. We decided on the "full package" and selected the Ultra All Inclusive option and that we do not regret. Free WiFi, 1 hour of massage per guest per week etc. etc. The extra price for that was valuable! The only thing that was not 100 % good was the weather :-), but easily solved with a rental car that took us to the south part … read more

Beautiful, very quiet and right next to the sea located hotel complex.
Unfortunately are serving staff ( except front desk) too many English and also the view for the essentials. Correspondingly are many kilometers unwound, there are but nevertheless no spoons or glasses or the dishes were not picked up, although a waiter 3 times with empty hands at the table passes. And regards is anyway superfluous...

the staff's hospitality must be described as very good. No matter, whether Joanna, Nicki, Sarantos, Anna, Georgios or Christos, all want, that the guest feel to them. If You some problems has for the front desk antonis is a master of his university and the problem is resolved. It was mainly English spoken but also the German Language attempted.
