What this hotel when saved us was our room. It was renovated and had a beautiful bath. Our balcony was to the pool and it was very quiet. To eat and cleanliness in the dining room no ambiance, I just want to say in a youth hostel it is pleasant. Evenings to eat there were canned beer ( Euroshopper. The food as in a nursing home on the trolley down. The salad buffet was every evening the same three salads. read hotel review

In July 2012 we have this hotel as a starting point for our Tuscany explorations booked. Prior to we were 5 days on Lake Garda and then' unfortunately' to this hotel dangers. After our Anlunft fell us in the lobby the strong musty odor on. Our room - on the street side, the traffic is-was only Pigsty. Here only a couple example: Hair and under the bed, besides coins (probably Italian lire, we did not tested) and end caps of bottles. Dirty bed sheets. Mold in the bathroom joints. Strongly dirty carpet. Urinverschmutzte toilet-glasses. Lebindiger scorpion in the bathroom. HCLFHL. ... Musty odor - the shelves in the closet were with a thick Schmutzschicht covered-no dust, but festgepappter dirt. Rats by the pool. Dirty loungers by the pool. - breakfast could only pool seating in the blazing sun with bird poo ornate seating and tables are taken. On our complaint we got to repeated call a different room. With exception of the scorpion there was no improvement to see. After one night we were the next day left. At the front desk was not ready, our complaint in writing to quit. Unfortunately for the wide journey Thomas Cock after our complaint the whole price for the journey - the 1 night we of course-be refunded. That speaks for itself. We can of the reservation in this hotel only advise against. read hotel review
