  "Residence Cleo" is a newly constructed apartment hotel. There are 37 smartly constructed apartments equipped with every comfort and of various types and sizes, which can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.
• Location
  The apartment hotel is located in the heart of the Po Delta Park approximately 400 meters from the centre of Lido degli Estensi, a seaside resort of the Adriatic Coast not far away from Ferrara. It overlooks the new Marina and is roughly 800 meters from a private beach of fine sand.

  The apartments are situated on floors with large terraces equipped with barbecue, each apartment boasts air conditioning/heating, pre-programmed satellite TV, safe and cooking area complete with washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.

  This residence is set on the Adriatic sea, in the bathing resort of Lido of Estensi, in the Emilia Romana region of Italy. Guests will find links to the public transport network just 200 m away and restaurants, bars and shops 500 m from the hotel. The beach is 800 m away and it is 2 km to the nearest nightspots. Comacchio is 7 km, Valli di Comacchio e Saline is 15 km, the Abbazia di Pomposa is 20 km and the Castello della Mesola is 25 km away, while it is 30 km to Ravenna and 120 km to Venice.
• Facilities
  Built in 2008, this apartment residence comprises a total of 37 apartments, including disability-friendly accommodation units, spread over 4 floors. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area, a reception, a currency exchange facility and lift access.   Guests coming from the north should follow the A1 Autostrada del Sole, then the A21 Torino-Piacenza and the A22 from Brennero. Those arriving from Tarvisio/Venice should follow the A23 to Palmanova, then take the A4 to Mestre. Once in Mestre, leave the highway and take the Strada Statale Romea SS309. After 100 km guests will arrive at Lido degli Estensi.
