The ladies at the reception felt on arrival with English attacked, as we were only times speechless. They made no attempt to us to speak Italian but we very much understand. After the friendly and helpful tour operator from TUI our room complained and we had to the larger, paid insisted was the responsible lady at the front desk furthermore not very friendly. Rarely that from the reception a greeting came when we the building entered.
