At our arrival unfortunately we were disappointed. We arrived shortly after 22:00 o'clock at. (were already a half-day on the legs). But unfortunately we got nothing more to eat, with the comment the restaurant is already closed. Which of course very annoying. Also the promised welcome drink we got not.
Otherwise most waiters very friendly. At the front desk there was 2 very friendly staff, with the rest one rather the impression, that you too much is, if you would like to know.

The staff in the resort are all friendly and accommodating. The rooms are daily complete satisfaction cleaned. The only drawback was, that the reinemache-wife every day the other time appears. So it could be, that today the room at 9 o'clock and tomorrow only at 16 o'clock cleaned. At the front desk all questions and requests friendly and quickly answered.The dishes are optically brilliantly prepared and presented. The taste was missing the so-called 'final whistle'. At the front desk there is a holländerin (Marianna), who speaks very well german. Everything else runs on english. We are with our obsolete english very well managed.
Rooms were daily to changing times cleaned.
We had only good experiences with the front desk, complaints were dealt with quickly.In the main restaurant there were all meals in buffet form. Breakfast was good, cereals, fruit, cheese and sausage (ever a sort), jam, a cook the fried eggs or omelets prepared, toaster.

We booked the so-called 'standard room' what didn't work at all! The walls were broken, tiles tiles... And so on besides was a relaxing sleep also not to think as a ' animal ' the whole night on the ceiling tiles back and forth run iss.
