The hotel or the club are an absolutely luxurious oasis in this rather unpleasant environment. The service was perfect (thanks a lot to our excellent butler meter!). We didn't have many of the concerns, but the few immediately and were fully met.
Only the english or the debate is with some employees still expandable, there it occurred already times to misunderstandings.There's a restaurant and two poolbars. A nice hotel with great rooms. Our suite had a dining and living area, a separate kitchen, bedroom, and a large bathroom, modern and elegantly decorated. We stayed on the top floor and had a gorgeous view over the palm trees on the sea. The balcony with seating area and a daybed was enormous-it was missing at nothing.
It was quite a lot going on, the noise level was accordingly at the pool, many children and unfortunately little withdrawal possible control, as the size of the hotel and the associated section arranged is.

We were there at the end of June 2009 the second. Ten for a week here and it is still our impression and our experience of the area, with the staff remain positive we could have stayed longer. We were last end of 2006 . It can be seen that by the management change a change shows. Here is the new GM Carla Petzold Beck and Mr. Stepfan Noll incl.
