Because of the friendliness and the location of the hotel, you can recommend it. Werr however Riu-hotels in European room is used, is here small Reductions have, over which one can look good. We need to minor repairs for example in the toilets on the area. The entertainment was quite simply available, there is a large entertainment board, which as good as nothing take place. I would dismiss 80% of the team, because they have nothing to do! Unfortunately I …  read hotel review

The hotel is not the Riu standards, and we already have plenty of Riu hotels of all kinds of countries seen, but this hotel is milestones away, -it is a rather large hotel 407 rooms, 2 floors-no elevator, -not handicapped, -that is to say, the only and 2. floor are only accessible through stairs, no ramp for a wheelchair, -only if you are in the ground floor, you can pretty much with the wheelchair reach, restaurants, or the pool,-the rooms are in two ver …  read hotel review

We really liked this hotel. There was nothing to complain about but just the pool was too cold for us. Everything was very clean. And the staff were always nice and friendly. The food was very diverse and varied. We had a nice 10 days and would book this hotel again. read hotel review

My first vacation in a Riu area and my first all-inclusive holiday. We wanted a week at the beach and also went to the sea! It was great - position right on the beach - (hotel beach), just across the promenade! Weather at the beginning of November was also good - at night it was cooler! The complex is really nice and well maintained! Some of the decor is a bit outdated - but it didn't bother us much. The hotel was not full so there was always room wherever you wanted! Service in the restaurant was super - we ... always sat outside and had a very nice waiter! Food was ok, no culinary highlights, but you can always find something delicious! Unfortunately they didn't use many spices even in the Morrocan restaurant! I personally liked the fact that the hotel catered for cats. There are cat cafes where the animals are fed (unfortunately guests also feed them at the table, which they shouldn't do) and they are castrated and looked after. All in all, I thought the hotel was good for a week's seaside holiday! read hotel review

The club location is very spacious with a beautiful garden and pool area. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Upon request you can get the key for the free in-room safe. The hotel is separated from the fine sandy beach by a promenade (only pedestrians and cyclists). There are beach chairs free of charge. In the hotel lobby there was free wi-fi but was often desperately overloaded. The tables in the restaurant were always very nicely set and the staff very attentive and courteous. The buffet offered a wide selection of different dishes. We found the local specialities particularly ... tasty, such as couscous or similar The somewhat limited range of fresh fruit was a shame. There was mostly a lot of canned fruit on offer. The variety of drinks we found was very extensive. We had a very nice, relaxing holiday and would not hesitate to return there again. read hotel review

The hotel is on a beautiful, long promenade and the area quite large, beautifully landscaped we planted. It is well maintained and rooms were very clean and spacious. Terrace or balcony in each room-very large. Food was just top, also in the rule rarely repeats. Average age rather mixed and nationalities english, french and german. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes away by bus from the airport. Anytime you could with a small taxi (red) for about 2 €in agdir around drive. Souk (type. Market Marocco) you could also with a taxi. However, it has two kinds of taxis-the small 'red' and the larger in yellow color - Mercedes Benz- cars. Highly recommended are always the smaller red, if the state is, since the 'yellow' are more expensive. But also on foot you can also a few shops.

The whole area due to the many pools is something special and absolutely beautiful to look at. Really great! Sport and entertainment, we can't really rate, since we didn't take part in it. Positive was, that animation was offered, however in peace was left, where you can see the entertainment possibilities not used. Beach chairs and umbrellas were sufficiently available. Top!

  • Service
    6.0

All staff were very friendly, helpful and very nice. All 8. the well-being of the guests, from the 'small' waiter to the manager! Foreign languages are not really necessary, with our language is in the rule everywhere-even the small beach vendors can a few words. Doctor we 'thank god' no need, but on what you hear, is this in the emergency without delay before place. The room cleaning was very thorough and clean. Also at the reception - always an ear to lend for questions etc.

  • Room
    5.0

Large, functional, and nice rooms. Bathroom and toilet separated, always clean and good condition.

  • Gastronomy
    5.0

Delicious food-at noon and in the evening! Quality of the meal quite high level! Drinks, especially the cocktails just great - Mojito highly recommended. Also the cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant is nothing to complain about. Atmosphere or, the noise is to be conditionally of the major hotels, or the many guests unfortunately in the restaurant were a bit high. However there are also dining possibilities outside on the beautiful terrace.

The complex was very large with lots of rooms and therefore lots of guests too. The hotel was at around 100% capacity and therefore got quite busy. The rooms are large, friendly and clean. The architecture of the hotel area was appealing, the garden area was very well-kept. The guest mixture was mainly Germans, Polish, Russians, English, French and Moroccans. Some of the guests were rather simple with a distinct penchant for tattoos. There were lots of German TV channels. read hotel review

The hotel is located close to the centre of Agadir, right on the beach, which means everything important is easy and quick to reach. The airport is is 30 minutes away by car.

  • Sport & Leisure

There is discreet entertainment, the tennis courts are ok to a certain extent. The couches at the pool and sea are almost all outdated and almost broken. The pool area was big and very nice. The beach chairs are covered with towels early in the mornings by the guests - the hotel should find an urgent solution to this.

  • Service

The staff was friendly and eager to help, the foreign language skills adequate. The housekeeping was good, though in 14 days the bed sheets weren't changed.

  • Gastronomy

There are 3 restaurants (main, Moroccan, Italian). The food is international influences and like a cafeteria. The buffets are well presented, but they used almost no spices, so everything tasted bland. The purchased meat and fish quality is relatively bad. It seems an essential hygiene problem likely in the kitchen-we had the whole stay with stomach/intestine problems to fight. The cutlery and plates/glasses were regularly filthy. Only positive exception was the patisserie products, which, as typical for the country, were very good.

The hotel is very large - not in a single building, but well spread between lots of living blocks. There is poor cleanliness, however, in many places. The stairway to our room was, for example, not cleaned once in the 2 weeks and even cockroaches were there. The plates in the dining room were mostly dirty and smeared. The cups at the bars (the ones from the barman, and the ones you could fill yourself) were often dirty. The pools were cleaned every day, but they were never clean. In the indoor pool, the tiles were broken. In the lobby ... there is free wireless internet access. Breakfast was around 7 in the morning, and also a bit later at the bar below for late sleepers, which of course is very pleasant. Everything is included, cocktails with or without alcohol too. At the time of our stay most of the guests were local, as Ramadan had ended shortly beforehand. Most of the guests were French and British, only a few Germans, all aged from very young to very old. read hotel review

To get to the beach you have to cross a promenade. That didn't bother me at all, and the beach is still almost just behind the hotel. The distance to the airport is approximately 30 minutes drive. You can go shopping in the small street in front of the hotel, in the souk (market, bazaar) in Agadir or in the capital Marrakech, which is 2.5 hours away. There are numerous excursions to choose from. We did 4 and they were all really great: Marrakech, boat ride, camel rides, traditional Moroccan evening. If you aren't picked up at the right time, you don't need to worry; the bus is usually 10 minutes to half an hour late. The Moroccans are a very relaxed people. If you walk along the beach front, there are plenty of restaurants and coffee bars. If you want to go further away from the hotel, it's recommendable to go by taxi or by trolley, as the streets of Agadir are very dangerous and they all drive as they like. The trolley stops on request, but is mostly very crowded.

  • Sport & Leisure
    5.0

There is entertainment every day and it is not pushy, though you will always be asked if you'd like to take part in the respective sport/game. The entertainers are very friendly and have a lot of fun with the people. A kids' club and a kids' disco every day. The kids' club is, however, mostly French. The beach was always very clean, but you always have to expect that there will be lots going on, as the locals go swimming there too. There are also lots of beach sellers on the way who will talk to you. The pool chairs are very comfortable, though not always clean, but that's ok if you put your towel on top. There are always towels in the hotel and you need not bring any from home. There are two types of umbrellas - woven ones fixed in position, and normal ones which you can collect and set up yourself, though most of the latter are broken.

  • Service
    4.0

The staff was, without exception, very friendly and helpful. Most of the service staff could speak a little German and everyone understood English. The rooms are more or less clean, but our shower was rusty and disgusting. Our mirror in the bathroom was full of sun cream, which was never cleaned away. The bedsheets were never changed in 2 weeks, either. There was childcare at the mini-club. If you need medicine or anything from a pharmacy, you have a 15-minute walk to get there.

  • Room
    6.0

The rooms are large and spacious; not always completely clean, but very comfortable. We stayed in a 3 bed room which had a double bed, a single bed, a large bathroom and a toilet. There were also two large closets, a table and several shelves. The balcony is quite large and the other rooms where the rest of our family was had an entrance door to the balcony. Air conditioning, a small fridge with daily water, a telephone and a TV are also in the room. The toilet was always clean, the bath however was rusty.

  • Gastronomy
    4.0

There was the normal restaurant with a buffet, and 2 restaurants (Moroccan and Italian), which must be reserved in advance. There is a buffet in all of them and the food is delicious everywhere. There's something for everyone. There are 4 bars (lobby, show bar, pool bar and snack bar). The restaurant itself is not always clean. The leftovers on the chairs were never wiped off and the plates and glasses are usually not clean. Every evening there was in the restaurant there was a different theme/country, from what the food then mostly cooked. The atmosphere is very good, because the restaurant is never crowded, as the mealtimes are always very long. If you give the waiters a little tip then they will always take particular care of you (even if it was only 2 or 3 Dirhams) €1 = 10 Dirhams.

The hotel has 403 rooms spread over five buildings. You can see the hotel in some places the age, there is a bit of a fight against aging. As a little bit everywhere repaired, the hotel also has everything well in the grasp, so it was not shabby is/was. From the guests you can say: holiday in the channel. Many english about 40% and many french were about 30%. To our travel time, during and after the Ramadan were also quite a lot of wealthy locals about 10%, but this is partially the firm an exception. The wi-fi in the ... lobby is the current standard does not do it justice. On some days it didn't work at all, or so slow, that there is no point made to wait. The transfer time to the hotel/airport took quite exactly 30 minutes To the beach you just need to cross the promenade. Few discos are in near distance, one, for example in the tikida beach, almost directly next door. Taxis always stood before the hotel and about every hour there is a small train (runs on the road) by Agadir drives.

  • Gastronomy

Breakfast: the breakfast is served in the large main restaurant and is very good. You can get a omelets itself together build, there were crepes, bacon, a few local things... Tip: fresh orange juice in cans the far left at the buffet. Lunch: since 15,08 in the large main restaurant. The lunch is however a bit to be desired, it is being repeated often in the nature of the food and there is little choice available. Dinner: this is usually really good. Many fresh salads, good main dishes and delicious desserts. The atmosphere inside is never nice, so we have also often as it is outside, only 5 times in 14 days we had to sit inside, where it is very noisy. Outside at sunset and palm trees is much nicer. Theme restaurants there are two: moroccan and italian: moroccan have we tried out and is highly recommended. Italian we did not try, since the noodles at the buffet always very soft and the pizza just average. Every wednesday and saturday there is temenabende (spanish, italian, oriental...)

The rooms are large, but older and not very tastefully decorated (same tiles like the corridor, everywhere same moldings...) The bathroom is not so good, the duschkop is firmly at the wall at a height of 1,8m or sunday.. For large people a little inconvenient, since the shower head only turn can.

There are 3 pools. All not very deep, up to 1.80 in one place. The tiles in the pool were are certainly not the newest, but we didn't mind. There is a pool bar, before some tables and chairs, but no umbrellas in this area. I have received, that employees still lie specially for tourists, came later established. Good i thought. The beach chairs were old. You can't flat, so is the lie prone rather uncomfortable. Between the pool chairs stood umbrellas. 2 showers i have seen. We have in the morning at 6 hours! Our beach chairs were reserved. This makes each. I think, after 7 you get barely a from. The animation is merry and not pushy. I gladly at the aqua gym joined in, but there were every day the same exercises. There are more offers, for example, bingo, this is totally boring. From the hotel, over the promenade it goes to the beach. Since then already traders. The lying area is with ropes segregated, here the dealers not purely, walk but rum. At the beach there was always a free beach chair. The atlantic ocean is wonderful, was also not too cold. Man is quite long purely, it takes very long until there was no ground under your feet has. Around the hotel is always a security guard, the also all very nice.

All, but all staff in this hotel are just friendly. The most are a little german. A few a little better. English is quite good, with french one is on the safe side. We needed a doctor. So we asked at the reception, they have the doctor called and with him speak for themselves. He can also very good german, but better english. He said, he is in 30 minutes and it was 30 wednesday Since! Great. In the lobby there was an atm. On the side of the hotel and the vending machine is available, that he MasterCard card accepted, he does however not! 1 kilometer away from the Riu beach, the outside an atm, take the MasterCard, but you can only Dirham drag. In the lobby, there was a minimarket. Very, very expensive there. Pringles costs for example 6 Euro, a beach towel 18 Euro. You can also exagger!

There are 3 restaurants. Moroccan, italian, and the Agadir. In the Agadir is always breakfast and dinner. Late breakfast from 10:30 is in the tamaris, and the afternoon snack, from 15:30 is also here. At night you eat in the tamaris italian. But you have to reserve. We were repeatedly with the food at the Agadir asked, whether we want to reserve. Costs nothing extra. The tamaris is directly at the pool. There was a bar, around tables and chairs. Not everyone could sit outside, in the Agadir also not, but inside, everyone could find a place. The food is a dream. Except beef and bread (french bread) and the small rolls. The beef was tough and the mentioned bread outside totally hard. The sesambrot is good. We tipped our waiters saäd right at the beginning 10 Euro tip. From there was always a table. The drinks were always already there, when we came, and he made us freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast brought. Our glasses were never empty, the empty plate immediately disappeared. At all constantly swept and cleaned. I have never been a dirty tablecloth seen, and in the evening there is always cloth napkins. The, in the hierarchy very top, wearing suits without jacket, and control everything, to in the last corner, they were always friendly and unobtrusive. Once is a waiter a glass fell, immediately someone came and had cleaned. I never dirt on the soil seen, the longer than 3 minutes. The good food to miss ☹ there is nothing, which does not give it, to choose from. In the Agadir it is not really quiet, most guests eat there, but it was also not really too loud. The tables were very close together, but we also didn't mind. Once i have a half-full bottle of wine in the Agadir forward. The from the tamarisbar seen, and me immediately taken. I found silly, but good.

Our room?! In 2er block, directly on the pond, better frog pond, the but also noisy! Maybe it was even lucky, that our bed, the shower, the phone and the air conditioning were broken, so that we in the 4er block could move. We had even a little sea view. After the complaints at the reception were announced had, were short already mechanics since. But the the telephone and the air-conditioning not fix it, so our move. According to a manager the hotel was fully booked. The rooms are all the same, he said. 2 closets, a clothes rail with about 6 clothes hangers, left 4 or 5 storage space, top is also counter. 2 alternative bed coverings available and pillows are as. A double bed with a vanity and a lamp. 2 mirror, a couch, a table and a chair. As well as a Samsung tv, with german programs. Balcony or terrace. The room with a terrace are dark, since in the room with no window more. The size of the room, we found adequate. Toilet and shower are separated. There is no shower hose, the shower head is on the wall, but rotate. Every day you got 2 time 1.5 liters water in the room. A small refrigerator gives it also. We have every day the saubermachschild hung out, and also to each day fresh towels got. It was always very clean. The first room, in which we were, had a lot of mold on the ceiling. The mattresses for me a disaster, totally hard and uncomfortable, i hardly slept. And the brown blankets i thought it was horrible, i have the sheet as a ceiling. The air conditioner cool until 17 or 18 hours, otherwise blows only air. In the 'new' room was from the bed a role canceled and a hinge from the closet is retired, the we no longer have complained.

The hotel is only by the beach promenade separated from the beach. To the airport it was about 30 minutes. In front of the hotel there are always plenty of taxis, and a small 'trolley' drives through Agadir. You can shout and off. According to the reception does all 45 minutes in front of the hotel, the fare i don't know, since we didn't use it. We were on the souk in Agadir. There was nothing, which does not give it. I was with the whole situation was somewhat overstrained. The drive to the souk was part of the 3 - hour city tour, which we in the hotel with the TUI had booked. Costs 125 Dirham per person, the 12,50 Euro. Marrakesch costs per person 75 Euro, but from morning half 7a in the evening around 9, with food. We did not make. Furthermore, there are many other excursions, which you can book in the hotel. We are with the taxi to the Marjan dangers, the is a shopping center, mainly only food, expensive is it! We then the Vogelpark in the city regarded. You don't have to do it. We did leave the hotel.
