It was our first time in Thailand and must say, that it is by far the best vacation for us was. I have the rest of the bad evaluations read, and it can unfortunately not understand, what for things the people really could complain about. I'll start out at: after a long flight we are finally arrived in Thailand. The staff at the hotel us directly welcomed friendly and US our room shown. Hotel manager very bored, came complaints not after. The hotel management very bad. The beach dirty and neglected, at least every 2 days someone climbed in broken glass. A rake seems to be a foreign word. Broken glass and plastic is not collected. Other visited hotels had very well maintained beaches. Without bathing shoe because of risk of injury not into the sea. For children as a beach holiday not suitable. Breakfast buffet without variety and very sim … read more

We have seen some of the previous comments not really understand. The staff is continuous very friendly, helpful and what the most important for us - not intrusive. Has someone needed, was immediately there, so it's not-the staff not at all on.
Reasonable spoke english really not everyone, german not any - but i think for a hotel this size is normal. There was not a single situation in the then not someone fast was called, the understood us and every question could answer questions.
