Generally are cubans very friendly nice folks, they carry the sun in the heart, although you is quite destitute are. The hotel staff have a sechser in the lotto ripped off, because they deserve thanks to the high tips more than a doctor in Cuba. Thus actually are all very friendly, except for the waiters in the buffet we were disappointed. They occupied artificial the tables, by using their own handbags and jackets on the tables and chairs set. Reason is either, to pay a capacity didn't get reserved or zum feierabend work to avoid. Different staff at the pool, beach and restaurant ok, partly even very pleasant and fast, but especially in the lobby-bar one was often as air. Room cleaning was very ok, but always trouble with plenty of towels for 3 people, in case of a complaint very slow with remedy, Reception was ok and 2 bellboys super nice.A buffet restaurant, as well as 3 à la carte restaurants. We are now in the fourth year in this hotel and it unfortunately not recommend. The hotel is meanwhile feast in the hands of Canadian tourists. This ruin the staff in the all inclusive-complex by constant tip-Gifts. As someone who no tip is one at the bars and in the afternoon only reluctantly served. Furthermore, that the quality of the food in the meantime the 3 specialties restaurants just as inadequate can be described. A shame. … read more

The service is brilliant at least we had niemauf something wait and were always to the full satisfaction served. English can nearly everyone and that fits already.     This hotel is located directly beside one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Varadero Beach. The centre of Cárdenas is about 17 km away and it is 62 km to Matanzas. The dripstone caves of Bellamar are to be found approximately 50 km away and are well worth a visit. The international airport is about 30 km from the hotel.

    This hotel is ideally suited to families and offers a Mega All-Inclusive system, providing high-quality accommodation and excellent service. Renovated in 2005, the hotel comprises a 4-storey main building and a 2-floor annexe block. Guests have access to the hotel gardens and terrace and there are a total of 444 rooms on offer of which 4 are suites and 440 are double rooms (30 have communicating doors). Facilities include air conditioning, a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift a café, a selection of shops, a bar, a nightclub and a games room. Moreover, there is a restaurant, a conference room and a car park to make use of, and fees apply for use of the Internet. Laundry services and medical assistance are available and younger guests may participate in the kids’ club activities.
