Generally are cubans very friendly nice folks, they carry the sun in the heart, although you is quite destitute are. The hotel staff have a sechser in the lotto ripped off, because they deserve thanks to the high tips more than a doctor in Cuba. Thus actually are all very friendly, except for the waiters in the buffet we were disappointed. They occupied artificial the tables, by using their own handbags and jackets on the tables and chairs set. Reason is either, to pay a capacity didn't get reserved or zum feierabend work to avoid. We often very annoyed.

The hotel had already the best year behind
Cleaning lady was very upright
Bar staff very friendly and accommodating
Serving staff of very accommodating, if you however bad luck has, the drinks itself from the closets get
Beach is very nice and tidy
Pool is also okay

Different staff at the pool, beach and restaurant ok, partly even very pleasant and fast, but especially in the lobby-bar one was often as air. Room cleaning was very ok, but always trouble with plenty of towels for 3 people, in case of a complaint very slow with remedy,
Reception was ok and 2 bellboys super nice.A buffet restaurant, as well as 3 à la carte restaurants. You can choose the restaurant 'las brisas' with caribbean, the 'fantasia' with italian cuisine and the 'caleta' with seafood choose. Several bars

We are now in the fourth year in this hotel and it unfortunately not recommend. The hotel is meanwhile feast in the hands of Canadian tourists. This ruin the staff in the all inclusive-complex by constant tip-Gifts. As someone who no tip is one at the bars and in the afternoon only reluctantly served. Furthermore, that the quality of the food in the meantime the 3 specialties restaurants just as inadequate can be described.

The service is brilliant at least we had niemauf something wait and were always to the full satisfaction served.
English can nearly everyone and that fits already.
Cleaning of the rooms is top
Children's pool and kids' club are as well as animation the daily changes.
berscherden we had no and therefore I can say to it nothing but (bellboy with German parents) or njulka ( nice receptionist) worried all needs we had.Clear Cuba is not Europa or USA Asien or so is Cuba and this fits sunday
