We decided on short notice in Köln to stay. Because of the good reviews on holidaycheck we chose this hotel.
I have to say we were after the first 'restrained ' impression very surprised. Large, well equipped room, massive bathroom, pleasant staff and on sunday morning for breakfast bumped have searches in many 5 star hotel really good.
Parking free of charge on the opposite parking. Wi-fi included in the price.

Every hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Friendliness is capitalized in this hotel!Breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh.
It was something there for everyone, the sunday fresh rolls

Hotel bar open 24 hours!Huge room with flat screen tv, mini bar, bathroom, telephone, etc.
Everything very clean, the silicon joints in the bathroom.The hotel has 38 non-smoking rooms on 3. floors. The hotel is in a residential area and offer room for relaxing.
From the front desk to in the rooms everything is in a very good and above all very clean condition.

Nice 'Suburban hotel features' in Köln, in the middle of the entry lane from the airport CGN, but by night ban OK. Bathroom should once again from the mold removed. Breakfast something for everyone and of the quality ok.
Lift in the hotel was a little antiquated and I'd rather have the steps taken, you never know...

From check-in to check-out we have the entire stay
Very probably the servatius comfortable. Every question is very pleasant answered,
And information for excursions or similar gladly passed on.
Also the service with coffee btw. Tea at the breakfast buffet was very nice
And courteous.
The cleaning of the rooms was very thorough and there were also there nothing for us
To criticize.There is a small, but fine and very tasty buffet with a lot of choice. It is also quickly refilled, if something is empty.
Everything is fresh and very appetizing-maintained.
