I found the service extremely accomodating, polite and competent. At the front desk there are several ' islands' where the guests to be served. The wait was for me very short and the check in and check out ran fast and smoothly. The cleaning of the rooms was done very thoroughly.In addition to the brasserie there is a asian restaurant, as well as the hotel bar, also snacks. Our 5. visit. Again and again ambivalent. The atmosphere is as in a poorly lit shopping center. And the front desk is a nightmare : at check in lines of guests like at the airport, only with very much unbeholfenerer'release'. For a weekend we stayed at the Renaissance hotel in Zürich god help. The location of the hotel is quite far outside the city center rather direction airport. However also again not close enough at the airport, as airport hotel,. So you are dependent on the bus and tram, from Zürich to see.
The reception here was very cold and efficient. We were the maps for the room into your hand pressed and that was it. No explanation to facilities, restaurant times or information of the area.

Nothing to be comfortable: in the minibar a lonely bottle of water - also with double occupancy of the room. The brasserie is situated on a monday evening male waiter however didn't seem empty; two guests appear in flip-flops for dinner. The batteries of the tv remote control were empty. The breakfast -hardly get something from the buffet-just cleared away. It is a pity that it in the immediate surroundings is no real alternative. … read more
